The Southend playpark is was set up by the Community Council after a successful bid to the Scotland Rural Development Programme and a big fundraising effort. It is maintained by volunteers through the Community Council. There is still a need to cover ongoing costs for insurance and maintenance / repairs.

   

 

 

 

• By joining a bank of volunteers to help maintain the playpark by grass cutting, checking the equipment, picking up litter, or emptying the bins.

• Join the Southend Community Playpark facebook page. 

• Register and spend money in high street online retailers like Argos with easyfundraising. Costs you nothing but it helps generate income for the playpark everytime that you spend.
