How to get here:

From Campbeltown
By car - 10 mile direct route follow B842 signposted Southend, turning left at Stewarton village.

By car - scenic route, Leerside, follow harbour road south (past cinema and Davaar Island) single track road with passing places, for approx. 12 miles, with wonderful views of Ailsa Craig, Sanda, Sheep and Goat Islands.

By Bus - There are daily services operated by West Coast Motors 01586 552319.

An annual ecumenical St.Columba Conventicle has been running since the 1920s on the Sunday evening (7.30pm) nearest St.Columba's day (9 June). It is held outside (if the weather is fine) at St.Columba's Footprints, Keil, Southend. If the weather is poor, the Conventicle is in the Church.
