A big thank you to all the people who have worked so hard to get an amazing playpark for the families of Southend and our visitors

   

 

Although the playpark is now up and running after a successful bid to the Scotland Rural Development Programme and the efforts of the committee in fundraising there is still a need to cover ongoing costs for insurance and maintenance / repairs.

 

You can help in one of the following ways:

• By joining a bank of volunteers to help maintain the playpark by grass cutting, checking the equipment, picking up litter, or emptying the bins.

 

• Join the Southend Community Playpark facebook page. 

 

• Register and spend money in high street online retailers like Argos with easyfundraising. Costs you nothing but it helps generate income for the playpark everytime that you spend.
